Returning to Work | Knee
You and your surgeon will discuss when you can return to work. This decision will be based on:
- The type of work you do. An office worker can return to work two to four weeks after surgery; a skilled worker can return to work three months after surgery.
- Your physical stamina.
- Other medical information.
We recommend that you avoid making any major changes in your work or retirement plans until your recovery is complete.
